Measure Your
Standing Balance
A brief, supervised BTrackS assessment of standing balance.
Record a baseline, review what the measurement means and compare it with a later assessment when useful.

Compare Over Time
A measured starting point can make the next conversation more useful.
- 01
Check the Fit
Discuss your goals and whether the assessment is appropriate. The visit is supervised; this is not an at-home self-test.
- 02
Your Baseline
The plate measures postural sway while you stand. HomeStretch explains the protocol and report during a supervised visit.
- 03
Your Recheck
Compare a later measurement with your baseline. Discuss a recheck in 3–6 months; timing is agreed individually.
A Measurement,
Not a Prediction
Standing balance is one part of fall prevention.
BTrackS measures the path of your center of pressure in centimeters. Reports may compare that measurement with an age- and sex-based reference group.
A reference percentile is not your personal probability of falling. A device result does not diagnose a condition or capture every factor that contributes to fall risk.
Discuss the result alongside your daily movement, home environment and relevant health concerns.
BTrackS Research and ResourcesBefore Your Assessment
Can I Book a One-Time Assessment?
Yes. Ask about a one-time balance baseline or periodic tracking. HomeStretch confirms suitability, the assessment format and arrangements before scheduling.
How Often Should I Recheck?
Discuss a recheck in 3–6 months. The timing is an individual service decision, not a claim that everyone needs testing on the same schedule.
Does BTrackS Replace a Broader Evaluation?
No. Standing balance is one part of the picture. Home setup, movement and health-related concerns may need separate attention.
Can My Community Arrange an Assessment Day?
Facilities can ask about group balance assessment days and group personal training. Participant consent and any result-sharing arrangements must be agreed before an event.
