We collect the information you choose to share with Home Stretch Consulting, LLC. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone, town or county, best callback time, service interest, and message. The seminar request form also asks about your organization, role, facility type, audience, preferred timeframe, and topic. The event questionnaire asks about falls or balance losses, living-alone status, age range, slowing down, home-safety concerns, and whether you would like follow-up contact. Provider interest is sent by email, not through a website application form.

The web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit) that every website generates, for security and reliability.

We use the information you share to respond to a contact or home-safety-screen request, follow up about a fall-prevention assessment, and capture seminar and provider interest from partner pages.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this website, and only what each provider needs to do its work. These providers are: the website host, which runs the servers and keeps the standard server logs described above, and Amazon SES, which delivers contact-form submissions to the business by email.

We also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or to respond to a lawful request. We do not sell personal information.

This website does not run third-party advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or cross-site tracking. The web host keeps standard server logs for security and reliability, and that is all.

If the business adds analytics or advertising measurement in the future, this policy is updated before that tracking goes live, and any consent-gated tracking loads only after you accept it.

Contact, event-questionnaire, and seminar submissions are emailed to the business and stored in the Site form-submissions table. These are follow-up records, not clinical intake. No fixed deletion schedule has been set by the business yet.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and the website is served over HTTPS. No website, email system, or electronic storage method is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to that signal, so this website does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track. The site does not track visitors across third-party websites regardless of the signal.
